Nothing Bundt Cakes

Love these beautiful little cakes. I frequently have lunch with family and friends and since the York store opened, I have been getting these cakes for everyone I have lunch with, prior to meeting for lunch. Today I was celebrating my best friends birthday, who passed away a year ago, with her daughter. I came to the store prior to lunch and was fifth in line to order. The four ahead of me were waited on, one had a beautiful box with cake and the next four had their cakes in the beautiful blue bags. I ordered four cakes and asked to have two in one bag and two in another. Mine were put in paper bags and I asked if I could have them, as always in the blue bundt bags. I was told there were no more available and I asked then to buy two of the bags because my cakes were gifts and I always slip my cards in with the cakes and it is a very nice looking gift. I was told that the bags were in the back and there was another customer waiting and they had to take care of that customer. I again said I would pay for whatever bag they could put them in and I guess I upset the person because they walked to the back and in 2 seconds got me two bags like I always had my order in. I recently ordered two bundtlets online and one of the flavors I had ordered was sold out. I was offered another flavor from the case that was available and was also given a certificate for free bundtlett to be used at a later date. That's good old fashion customer service! I truly appreciate how the situation was handled and I will definitely be back in the future .

Not happy that all stores do not honor the buy 3 get 1 free with the blue bag. Other than that it was good. Haven't tried these cakes since they are for my mom (Mother'sDay), but cakes from other stores have always been delicious so expecting these to be too.

This store is very inviting and the customer service is outstanding. Great tasting bundle cakes. Different flavors offered. 😋 I bought the lemon raspberry and the Snickers special. Which tastes like a party "in your mouth" yum. Prices are extremely high. Well worth the price. I'll have to return to try other flavors and then update my review. Leave a comment if you visit. I ordered six mini bundt cakes (Uber Eats) and they didn’t have one of the cakes I ordered and there was no way to contact me. When I arrived to pick up the order, there was a hand written apology note. They substituted the one cake with another and gave me a coupon for a free cake in the future. A thoughtful gesture and a great accommodation. Now I am sure to return based on customer service alone. If the cake is as good as their customer service I am in love. I didn’t rate the cakes yet because they are still cold and I am waiting for them to get room temperature but I will update my review. I took off 1 star for atmosphere the shop was so cute but no where to sit and eat my treat. Update 6/10/2025 I tasted all of the cakes. They all tasted like box cake. Nothing wrong with that if you like the taste of box cakes. I however do not. I bake my cakes from scratch and I know people say that (and then use a mix) that in my opinion is home baked NOT homemade. My family used to own a bakery and so I understand to crack eggs weigh flour (not a measure) weigh sugar and use butter is costly and time consuming.
